a little test which I did last night. I tried several shutter settings on the moon and clouds, and put together two recordings which could turn useful to me in near future.

The upper moon was recorded with shutter angle 11,25°, the rising moon in speed mode 1/50.

Recording format was 720p25, full zoom in.

I will do some After Effects editing with these shots, anyway, this is just for me, I wanted to upload something to Vimeo!

Interesting, but not so surprising. It was probably always like this, that the artist connected with the consumers through art. Now, we have more channels between artist and consumer, so it´s no surprise that the artist has more work to do than before.

I like these pictures very much, some extra equipment needed… I won´t be able to do recordings like these

I am about to buy myself my own camera in the next couple of days. I think of owning a camera is the best way for me to advance in certain ways:

• doing some more special shots because of special functions, 
• learning to get really fast and precise with it, 
• being able to produce in a variety of formats and 
• therefore establish myself on a new level!

I am still doing negotiations on a Sony PMW-EX1 with wide conversion lense adapter and some basic filters as a beginning, thinking also about a Zylight Z90 headlight (I know that´s much, but I like all the reports I read about it). Maybe some nice extra´s, but I am not sure yet. I´ll tell you soon…

I did an update concerning the wordpress software running this little site, and I´ll update myself to make more use of this! Hope everything is running fine now (this is the first test), so I can run along
